Thank you William for the interview and Kevin for his time.
It is great to have another operational farm in the area. I am a registered dietitian (one of those nutrition people) in Easton and strongly encourage folks to utilize local produce. It is not only good for you, with the freshest nutrients, but good for the land, with a low "carbon-cost," not having traveled long distances.
I didn't hear Kevin mention his website ( http://www.langwaterfarm.com ). It looks like a good way for folks to know what's available. Also, it was good to see you listed with SEMAP ( http://www.farmfresh.org/food/farm.php?farm=2932 ). SEMAP has a great listing of local farms and farmstands and I'm sure your listing will help folks from surrounding communities find you.

Well done, Bill.
These interviews are most interesting. I have been driving past the farms every day and wanted to know about the fruit trees and future garden plans.
Keep up the good work!
